Nashville, Tenn.AND WoonSocks, re, March 4, 2025 / Prnewswire/ – Wellvana and CVS HealthABOUT (NYSE: CVS) announced today that Wellvana has won the business of the Separate Medicare (MSSP) program of CVS responsibility of CVS ™, part of CVS Health, in a comprehensive transaction, giving CVS Health a strategic minority investment in Wellvana.
With the purchase, Wellvana cement herself as one of the largest value -based care companies, supporting health care providers in 40 countries and serving approximately 1 million media patients. The combined company has submitted hundreds of millions of dollars savings to the Medicare program over the past decade.
